- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every yard is different it makes a "standard" price virtually impossible to use. I prefer a type of ala carte system where the customer can decide what services, and what level of service, they wish to receive. That way each customer receives the best services for their purpose at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet them in person so they can ask questions and I can see the work area. It also gives me a chance to ask them questions such as the ideal schedule, payment types, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed over 100 credit hours towards a Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management. I have been cutting grass since the late 60's when I took over the operation of my dads old school reel type mower. I have upgraded equipment since lol.
