- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I also start a relationship by getting the necessary information to create the property management agreement. I know every investor has different means to evaluate their roi, tolerance for risk and level of involvement. I understand as well that the client(s) need to feel confident in me; this interaction really allows the client to get a sense of my ethics, tenant selection process and services offered vs needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of property management experience, earned my Certified Property Manager designation years ago and hold licensure in several states.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Spin Realty got started as a side hustle with thoughts of just making a few hundred extra dollars a month and operated successfully in Connecticut for 4 years before I relocated to New York.
