Excellent experience with this company. He arrived in the morning to look at the job, but he did not have the part on his truck, so he offered to come back later in the day to complete the job. Once and done all in the same day!

Jim sent his technicians over for a leaking pipe in my basement. The replaced the whole affected line for me after their free estimate. The technicians cleaned up after themselves.Will be using them for my bathroom renovation at the end of august.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! September 18th marked the beginning of an ongoing nightmare. I contacted this company because my sump pump failed. When they arrived, they tore up my bathroom without clearly explaining why this was necessary. They told me they would write up an invoice and return to complete the work—but that never happened. They repeatedly claimed they would show up on certain days and didn’t. Calls often went unanswered. Other times, they said they would call back or come on a specific date, and then never showed or followed up. When I did get through, I was given excuses such as no staff being available or employees being sick. The last meaningful conversation I had with them was on January 2, when I was told they would come fix the bathroom on January 7. They apologized for previous issues—but once again, they never showed up. On January 9, I called to express my frustration with the ongoing inconsistency, and the person I spoke to hung up on me. That was the last time I was able to speak with anyone at the company and they won’t leave a message or really respond to messages so there is no paper trail of this ever occurring. What makes this worse is that in the invoice sent to my insurance company, they stated they would repair the bathroom. Now, they are telling the agency they work through that all work has been completed—which is completely false. Five months later, my bathroom is still unfinished. Despite this, the company continues telling Thumbtack that they have completed everything they were supposed to do. As a result, I am left with a torn-up, incomplete bathroom and now have to hire someone else to do the job they said they would. Proceed with extreme caution.
