- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Veteran and Frontline workers discounts. It has been a rough year for those who support our communities. We take pride and extra care to serve those who have served us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation first. Typically we discuss the size, scope and budget for what the customer is looking for. This is followed by a site survey and formal estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Veteran. I hold a Bachelors Degree and am a Certified Energy Manager. I managed high end luxury Real Estate for 20 years. I hold many certificates from plumbing through Emergency Management from the Thomas Shortman Training Fund.
