FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of service needed, the size of the system, and the condition of the job site. I believe in fair, honest pricing — I always explain what’s included in the estimate and make sure there are no hidden fees. Every system is a little different, so I give customers a clear breakdown before any work starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Consultation - When a new customer reaches out, we start by gathering basic details about their property and the issue they’re experiencing — such as backups, odors, or routine maintenance needs. We then schedule a convenient time for a technician to visit and inspect the system. On-Site Evaluation - Our certified technicians arrive on time, assess the condition of the cesspool, septic, or drainage system, and identify the cause of any problems. We explain our findings clearly and provide honest recommendations — no surprises or upselling. Service & Solution - Once the customer approves the quote, we perform the service (pumping, cleaning, repairs, or installation) safely and efficiently. We use modern equipment and environmentally responsible methods to ensure long-lasting results. Follow-Up & Maintenance Advice - After completing the job, we walk the customer through what we did and offer advice on proper system care to avoid future issues. For ongoing maintenance, we can schedule reminders or set up a regular service plan. Customer Support & Satisfaction - We check in afterward to ensure everything is running smoothly. Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and top-quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been involved in the septic and cesspool industry my whole life through my family’s business. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive hands-on training in system maintenance, installation, and repair, as well as proper safety procedures, equipment operation, and customer service.
