Tomer is incredibly professional and punctual. My partner and I were dealing with a badly maintained building, and an unresponsive landlord. Not only was he a great communicator, he took the time to really get everything, even things that may have posed as future dangers within our apartment. Keep up the great work!!!

Cannot be more thankful to have found Tommy. It is our first time purchasing a house and my wife and I literally knew nothing about a free standing family home. He arrived early and already started to look at the exterior. Tommy was extremely detailed and identified an area in the basement where water penetrated. Luckily no issue which could turn into a serious issue if not found. We received a digital inspection report the same evening as the inspection with plenty of photos and everything was easily explained. Using Tommy's report which pointed out the water leakage in the basement we were able to get the seller to give us credit at the closing table to ease the cost of repair, winning! Tommy was available by phone and text at all hours to answer questions and ease our minds. His fee was extremely reasonable and definitely a steal when you factor in the money we got back at closing because he found that leak. We would definitely recommend Tommy and his team to all of our friends.

Tommy was great to work with for my home inspection. He was prompt, thorough, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never realized how much detail there could be in an inspection report until I read Tommy's report. Don't let the word report scare you, it was incredibly easy to read, all the issues were highlighted according to their severity. My attorney was able to secure a credit from the seller at closing toward all of the issues pointed out in the report which I was not expecting at all because of this crazy seller's market. This guy has all the cool toys, he used a drone for the roof, an electric testing thingy for the outlets and even used a moisture meter to determine if a leak was old or active. I Highly recommend working with him!

Tommy is terrific! I found Tommy through a referral after my past inspector couldn't make it. I found his report to be extremely detailed and knowledgeable. Tommy uncovered things I didn't see during the inspection and he is not afraid to get dirty doing it! The report was detailed and precise. Even my real-estate attorney complimented his report. Tommy was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and explained all of the mechanics of the house as he inspected. I can't explain how much he has put me at ease and I highly recommend him.

We are so confident in our inspections that, if for some reason you do not buy the house inspected, we will give you a 10% Discount on the next Inspection.
