I also offer foundation and anchoring services for these structures. I offer a full array of handyman, appliance repair, and painting services as well. Hired Sean to install a backsplash in my kitchen and change out 4 light fixtures in my 3 bathrooms. The tile work has completely renewed my kitchen and brought so much life into the room. He recommended to add a marble window sill and molding around the kitchen window (there was no sill or trim there prior). My husband and I absolutely adore the way the window pops and flows with the backsplash. It’s probably my favorite part of the entire job. The light fixtures gave my bathrooms a more modern feel, they look so much nicer than the original stainless run of the mill vanity lights we had prior. I’ve already gotten an estimate from him to come back and paint the interior of my home. He is very professional and was able to accommodate all of my requests as well as my budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work. I’ve worked with other contractors in the past who just wanted to get in and out and get paid. Sean takes his time and makes sure the job is done right. He even did a few odds and ends jobs I had around the house at no additional charge. He caulked my shower and applied a non slip coating, fixed some siding that had fallen, changed bulbs in my stairway and took the Christmas lights down from the 2nd story of my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will be hiring him again.

Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very polite and helpful. He installed a greenhouse that I purchased for my autistic daughter which came out great. He really made her day and I look forward to working with him in the future.

While shopping around for somebody to assemble our swingset, we came across Precision Assembly. We couldn’t be happier that we did! Sean is truly a businessman who puts his customers first. Not only did he alter his schedule to accommodate our needs but he also went above and beyond to meet our budget constraints. He really cares about his customers, which is something a lot of these other “professionals” seem to be lacking. The swingset came out beautifully and Sean made the job look easy. I will be recommending Precision Assembly to all of my friends and family.

We hired Sean to install a 20 x 12‘ gazebo in our backyard alongside our inground pool. Both Sean and his assistant worked their butts off. They were organized and knew exactly what they were doing. I was blown away by how knowledgeable they both were about all the different brands of gazebos and construction of each. Sean even ran to Lowe’s for us and anchored our gazebo free of charge. My husband wanted anchors long enough that went through the pavers and into the concrete underneath. Finding these anchors was quite a task because we didn’t want to modify the holes on the feet of the gazebo, but Sean got it done. I would definitely recommend him and his team. A+++

I contracted Sean to build a foundation out of concrete and pressure treated lumber for my shed installation. The foundation craftsmanship was phenomenal and the pride he takes in his work is incomparable. He had the foundation completed and shed installed within two days. He worked tirelessly from 7am - 8:30pm just to have it finished before the projected rain the following day. I was so impressed that I actually contracted him to install two garage door openers and replace my door into the garage with a steel one. He’s earned mine and my family’s business for life!
