I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received today. Petra was on it with her take-charge attitude and Carmen was in the grove. I was able to work with them and together we were able to walk away feeling accomplished. Honestly, I tried to book another team using Thumbtack, this past weekend and got a group that was a no show, so I was really nervous since it was the first time I used Thumbtack to get some help that experience made me feel that listings on this site may not be reliable. As a result, I booked two teams for today--Address The Mess and another that claimed they were tidy, figuring if one team canceled I'd still be able to get something done. Since I was only having the team just do a portion of the work. I thought I'd have the second team do the other portion. The second team came in, claiming they were "TIDY" and their rep, was not willing to help, announcing that they were "a cleaning company only"; I had some boxes to be unpacked--Petra's Answer, was "WE GOT THIS". I let her take the helm, and they are returning later this week, to do some more work for me. THIS CREW HAS THE STUFF A GOOD CLEAN COMPANY IS MADE OF 100%

I have nothing but amazing things to say! Petra was so responsive from the moment I reached out, she and her team came just a few days after I reached out! She cleaned my whole house and I couldn’t believe how amazing it looks! I feel like I have a home again! She surprised me by cleaning my linen closed out and organizing it! I am so blessed to have found her!!!!

I was very impressed with how nice and friendly Petra and her staff were. Was very very happy with the job they performed. They went above and beyond I expected for a real good price!!! Petra came early and walked through the entire apartment before the other two woman (Marisol and Lucy I believe) got to cleaning. They worked so hard to get in and out as fast as possible. Our apartment is sparkling !
