- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process Typically, we begin with a brief phone call to properly introduce ourselves and learn more about your project. During this call, we ask questions, take notes, and gather important details to ensure we’re fully prepared. Next, we schedule an appointment at a time that best fits your schedule. If no pre-job on-site visit is required, our team will arrive ready to work at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, we like to do a quick walk-through of your home—if possible—so we can review your desired cleaning routine in detail and confirm exactly what areas we’ll be focusing on. From there, you can relax—our team takes care of everything. Once the cleaning is complete, we’ll provide a written estimate for any ongoing or follow-up visits, along with detailed documentation of the cleaning routine performed and the staff members who serviced your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the Cleaning Industry for 11 years. In addition I also have 8 construction certifications and a Degree in Facilities Maintenance. I am also customer service trained , OSHA trained, Adult first aid and CPR trained.
