He repeatedly lied about coming, but continued to not show up.
Never use Javier as he is completely and utterly dishonest.

The person who called me identified themselves as Dennis from your company Crystal Clear Pools. During the call it was obvious that he was involved in another conversation where he appeared to be in an argument with another person while he’s attempting to engage with me, This went on for over a considerable amount of time. He finally stated I’ll call you back. When he did call call me back he was defensive and unapologetic about his initial call. He was dismissive, rude and obnoxious when i informed him of my concerns of his initial call and my concerns, he responded by calling me rude and disconnected the call. I hope this is an aberration and not the norm
