Over 20 years of expertise in conversions and videography. Included in our video and media transfer services are color and audio optimization, as well as editing out any empty or blank tape, i.e. “blue screen.” All media and videos are safely stored in a temperature/humidity controlled environment during processing. Digital backups are securely maintained on our private servers for redundancy to ensure your media and video is properly preserved. Every video and media project is an exciting opportunity to recover and restore your memories, to preserve and update them, and make them easily watchable and shareable!
📍Long Island, NY based — services nationwide. If you are local to the area, we are happy to accept media in person; If you are unable to meet or would prefer to mail tapes, we will provide you with a shipping label.

Miller Home Technologies did an outstanding job converting a very old camcorder VHS tape into a digital file. I was in need of a quick turnaround, and she delivered promptly. Amazing response time and lovely bedside manner. Needed hand holding and Rachel was there 24/7 (probably shouldn’t have bothered her that much but I was nervous). Transfer was done relatively quickly.
As for the finished product it’s hard to say? Video was from 88-89 possibly water damaged? Audio was super loud and the color was way too saturated. Nonetheless for the price and impeccable customer service. Totally worth it. Very appreciative.

We always like to start each new project with a brief telephone call (or Zoom session) and introduce ourselves.
