I called Junk Done Right to clean out my mother's apartment in June. They were extremely professional, courteous, & surprisingly quick! They broke down & removed (down a particularly treacherous staircase) six or seven large peices of furniture, & cleared a ton of small appliances & other trash in no time. This was an efficient process, & dealing with the company was quite pleasant! I highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the volume that the items we remove take up in our 15 cubic yard truck. Our pricing includes all labor and disposal fees. We offer discounts for multiple load jobs and will adjust for lower than expected labor time!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is once a general description of the project is understood we schedule an estimate with truck & crew. Once we arrive and can assess the job we will provide and explain an accurate quote (this is free & no obligation). If agreeable we complete the work on that visit!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients range from residential homeowners and tenants to corporate managers of commercial properties. We can provide building specific COI for liability and workman's comp insurance on request.
