After struggling for several months with internal issues like many of us, I decided to reach out for that extra help and push I needed. Hence why I chose Gabriella to be my life coach :) Unfortunately, I was one who could never acknowledge that I, myself, mattered just as much as everyone else and was a very passive aggressive girl. Allowing myself to continue being passive with conflicts and obstacles that I encountered I began building and bottling a lot of anger and felt the love I had for myself begin to diminish, but after I began to converse and work with Gabriella she really helped open my eyes and my voice. She is so easy to talk to but still helps dig deep to the core of ourselves where we can find the willpower within us to use as a daily tool in life. Gabriella is extraordinary, she connected with me so well and still helped me figure out how to balance certain aspects in my life whether it was from dealing with boyfriend issues to finding ways to do something FOR MYSELF. I have learned so much about getting along with life and being happy and loving with myself. I have learned that we all deserve to voice our emotions, we are equal and have the willpower to do better for ourselves in every way. Gabriella was the perfect guidance into starting to approach life in a more positive and healthy way. She truly is an amazing mentor, a very brilliant life coach, and a great friend. I will forever be thankful to have found her support.

I had anxiety, depression, and nervous breakdowns before my sessions with Gabriella. I was just really lost in life. My main concern is my career. The New Yorker in me started out being skeptical about therapy but I just didn't know where to turn. I started by Googling what to do when you are stuck with your career and then landed on thumbtack.com. While reviewing the list of life coaches, Gabriella caught my attention. I decided to inquire about the free first session. I set up my free session shortly after. I prepped myself to not be suckered into this if I wasn't feeling it. Gabriella's rates are very reasonable and she is flexible. I thought to myself, if I can spend money on shopping and leisure then I can spend money on my mental health. This was the best decision I've made. Gabriella advises and help me in all aspect of my life. I cannot be anymore thankful for Gab for guiding me this far. Many of my triggers in life have resolved with the help of therapy. I am planning to continue my sessions with Gabriella even after my initial issues have resolved and still in search of my career. Gabriella is a blessing!

I went to Gabriella when I was feeling low. I didn't have a clue as to what path I was supposed to be on. Being of a spiritual nature, I knew I didn't need a diagnosis of any sorts, I just needed someone to remind me what I already knew. I read her book and I felt changes almost immediately. I enjoy working with you, I really feel like I had a mini break through and it’s helped me look at things so much different. I still have my moments of self doubt but I know that comes with time and actually proving things with myself. For so long I thought the old me, my old ways was the true me but Gabriella helped me realize i wasn’t this sad angry person, I was just hurting. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first initial consultation is 45 minutes to an hour and its 100% free!!! After your initial free consultation, coaching sessions can be conducted over the phone. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can occur 2-4 times per month. The schedule & format will be discussed in our initial consultation. E-mail support between sessions is included in coaching packages.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a bachelors in psychology and I'm certified holistic health and wellness life coach. My passion has always been to help improve and enhance people.
