Tom's approach of evaluating life values and current life circumstances is incredibly helpful to uncover hidden factors that can get one stuck when trying to achieve their goals. Meeting with coach Tom was a very positive and empowering experience. I had the first introductory session and left feeling as though there is hope in moving forward with my situation/the reason I contacted this coach. Tom is very warm, and immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable to open up and speak freely of my situation. He asked excellent questions which allowed me to think of what is really going on and his responses were right on par with my thoughts and needs for moving and progressing. He was clear and honest explaining what the coaching process will look like and based on our conversation know that he is very flexible. Coach Tom gave me an action item to accomplish w/ time frame and accountability, which I believe most if not all of us need, but also gave me the feeling of hope of success in my pursuit. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee indicated on my profile is the cost per session. I offer 3 month, 6 month and 12 month packages. The 3 month package includes 12 sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary session to figure out what the client desires to change. After the introduction, if we agree to move forward, we have a discovery session, then we set goals to be achieved through our coaching sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Life Coach trained by Life Purpose Institute, an ICF accredited program located in San Diego. In addition, I am a Licensed and Certified Physician Assistant. I had practiced family medicine for 8 years prior to moving into a full time administrative role in healthcare management. At the present time, I am a healthcare executive and a Life Coach. I coach the leadership in my organization in my day to day.
