I'm a magician, a balloonist, an activities specialist, DJ/MC and party planner specializing in Entertainment for Children and Adults.
DIDI MAXX THE MAGICIAN
I combine fun and humor with the wonder of magic to keep the atmosphere light & upbeat. Most of my magic includes audience participation as people love to get up close and be in on the magic. Many of my routines are designed so that the magic happens right "in the hands" of my audience volunteers for that shot of amazement!
The focus of the show is on the audience, my volunteers and the guest of honor where many of the routines are designed to appear as though my volunteers actually do the conjuring! And, there's music to complement the show for a full experience.
The content of my show varies with the audience. I can gear the magic toward a specific age group / gender or perform magic that's appropriate for all ages!
YOUNG CHILDREN'S SHOWS
FILLED WITH COLORFUL MAGIC DISPLAYS, AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION, LIVELY MUSIC AND AN EMPHASIS ON FUN!!!
With children, I am especially animated and present magic that is exciting and contains the element of surprise to fully engage them! This show includes colorful production routines and classics like sponge balls and the vanishing hanky, comedy rope and silk magic, Bubble Magic, my Society of American Magicians Award-Winning "Stratosphere" routine, an impossible card trick featuring Cozmo the magic balloon dog and if you like, a volunteer can conjure up a beautiful confetti "snowstorm, or if you want some pizzaz, another volunteer (maybe your son or daughter) can "float" in mid air in the show's finale!
FAMILY MAGIC SHOW
A FUN AND UPBEAT SHOW CONSISTING OF MAGIC ROUTINES LIKE THOSE IN HER CHILDREN'S SHOW ALONG WITH COMEDY AND CLOSE UP MAGICAL SURPRISES FOR THE ADULTS!
I've incorporated my mastery of sleight of hand and misdirection to build a show full of audience participation that both captures a child's imagination and appeals to the intelligence of an adult.
I include some fun mind blowing Mentalism (predictions) and Escapes which are more suitable routines for older children and adults
as well as Close Up and Card Magic. For thrills, I can include my Jigsaw Through Body Illusion that features a brave volunteer from the audience.
MAGIC AND WONDER (Ages 6 & Up)
This show is geared to the larger audiences and stage performance. It contains comedy, classical magic, escapes, psychic mentalism and small illusions that defy logic like "Liquid Glass" and "The Jigsaw Through Body."

NOT standing on the side telling everyone what to do.
