We are a team consisting of a life and relationship coach and a therapist with over 25 years of experience. Our focus is to facilitate positive change in couples who want to communicate better, let go of past resentments and forge a new pattern of relating to each other. We provide a safe space for partners to gain a deeper understanding of each other. Many are seeking better emotional and physical intimacy. We work with individuals and couples that are experiencing trauma, infidelity, depression, anxiety, and grief. We are honored for those that choose us as your guides along this healing journey. Lisa Sanders also has over 15 years of cumulative experience in various industries, including real estate, retail, sales and non profit. She offers business consulting to businesses based on her 17 years in banking in the commercial lending field, including merger’s and acquisitions. She has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

I love talking to Janet and Lisa every week! There’s therapy and career coaching every session and they’ve really helped me stay on track with my goals and self healing journey. Also, Lisa specializes in real estate, specifically REOs and foreclosures. She is helping me to get the ball rolling on my real estate investing career in a big way🙌🏾 she can also help with starting a small business, such as info on licensing, loans and the loan process etc. An amazing career coach!Janet is such an understanding and sage therapist. She knows about different mental illnesses and how to create healthy coping mechanisms and solidify a stable support system around you. I also love that Janet validates your thoughts and reactions while also helping to establish solutions that put your mind at ease. They are nonjudgmental people who only want to see you win and thrive and it shows. One of the best things about Lisa and Janet is that they work with your budget if your uninsured because they care about your mental, spiritual, and financial wellbeing. Definitely give them a consultation call u won’t regret it (they also do zoom meetings so u don’t have to be in their state. They live in new York and I live in Nevada 🙌🏾) they are helping me through a tough transitional period in my life and I thank them for that🥰

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly fee for relationship coaching and counseling is flexible based on your budget. Each case is different and we base the pricing on the level of complexity. We do offer discounts and sliding scale.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For relationship coaching and counseling we provide a deep look into what is causing conflict as well as arguments. We start with why is there past hurts or lack of trust. We help couples develop better communication by looking at personality models. There are many tools we use with helping those get to a better place in their relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Janet has an MSW and 20 years of counseling experience. Lisa has a BA in Philosophy and Economics, MBA in Finance and Certifications in Career Counseling and Health Coaching. Extensive training in personality typology including Enneagram and MBTI. Experience with inner child bonding to heal trauma, depression and anxiety. Cognitive behavioral experience training for anxiety.
