- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the job. For big projects such as remodels or tree removal there is no standard fee. Same for hvac there are too many variables to take into account and a lot of expensive equipment that needs to be used in order to do the job successfully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I am contacted for an estimate I like to meet within 2 days to do an estimate. It is important to learn as much as possible about the job that is being looked at and the expectations of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school and have a degree in human relations so I pride myself on my customer service skills. I am also certified in HVAC so I can handle refrigerant for any appliances or air conditioning units.
