Steven showed right up on time and immediately put my mind at ease.What stood out was how thorough he was in both diagnosing and explaining everything. Instead of just rushing through the job, he took time to walk me through what was going on with my heating unit in terms I could understand. No tech talk or confusing jargon just clear, helpful explanation.Steven s knowledge and professionalism were top-notch. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He didnt just fix the problem. Was quoted $850 for just opening up Sheetrock to find pipe leak, and not even talk about the repair. Find another plumber fixed for 225 even including patch. Stay away from NH Ross

Our technician will visit your home to assess the work needed and provide multiple options for repair or replacement. There is a $79 consultation fee, which is waived if you choose to move forward with one of the repair options. If you approve the work, the technician will complete the repair on the spot, and you’ll only pay for the repair—no extra consultation fee!

5. Transparent Pricing: If you move forward with a repair, the $79 consultation fee is waived—you only pay for the repair itself.
