- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technician will visit your home to assess the work needed and provide multiple options for repair or replacement. There is a $79 consultation fee, which is waived if you choose to move forward with one of the repair options. If you approve the work, the technician will complete the repair on the spot, and you’ll only pay for the repair—no extra consultation fee!

Our Process for New Customers: 1. Gather Information: We’ll collect details about your equipment, including its age, location in your home, and any issues you’re experiencing. 2. Schedule a Visit: We’ll send a certified technician to assess the problem and provide expert recommendations. 3. Provide Solutions: The technician will present multiple repair or replacement options tailored to your needs. 4. On-the-Spot Repairs: If you choose a repair option, our technician will complete the work during the same visit whenever possible. 5. Transparent Pricing: If you move forward with a repair, the $79 consultation fee is waived—you only pay for the repair itself.
