Michah called me right back and was willing to go over the problem I was having with my oven. Many repair services don’t want to speak to you. They just want to come out for the visit. He was even willing to look online to let me know what the possible replacement piece would cost, and indicated if I needed it, I would be able to order it myself rather than him add an additional cost. Ultimately I didn’t need his service right now but will certainly call upon him if I have a future appliance problem.

I am very pleased with the appliance service for my microwave that was provided by Micah. He definitely knew what he was doing and completed the work accurately and timely.
