- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide quality craftsmanship and always provide our best price the first time around. We don’t charge sales tax we just collect it for the state. If you want a contractor who’s going to rip off the state look else where, just be careful to make sure they aren’t ripping you off too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them over the phone to get an idea of what they want to do and then for more complex jobs I will do a site evaluation to come up with how we are going to execute there vision.
