Parts fell out of our large custom living room shade when they were taken down during our window replacement. We were worried we would have to find a way to take it in to a store or deal with a manufacturer. Mark saved us from all of that. He was quick to respond and schedule the work, and had our shade put back together and operational in short order! I highly recommend working with Mark!
