- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We provide free estimates based on square footage, surface type, and prep work required. Discounts are available for larger projects, repeat customers, and referrals. While we don't charge hidden fees, additional costs may apply for specialty finishes, repairs, or rush jobs — all clearly outlined in the quote before work begins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free consultation where we assess the space, discuss your goals, and offer expert advice on colors and finishes. Then, we provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job at your convenience. On the start date, we prep the area carefully to protect your property, complete the painting with precision, and clean up thoroughly. A final walk-through ensures you’re 100% satisfied before we consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting, with formal training in surface preparation, color theory, and finishing techniques. Several of our crew members have completed OSHA safety certification and EPA Lead-Safe Certification, which is especially important for older NYC buildings. We also stay updated with new products and techniques through workshops and manufacturer training programs.
