Brian and his apprentice were a good team. The repair involved more than “just a leak,” since the pipes were original to the house. They stayed until the job was completed — no leaks, no disintegrating parts, etc.

Brian called me right away, literally within seconds of my request, and was on site with a colleague to take care of an extremely difficult clog that was causing a severe backup in my bathroom in about an hour (less time than he even said it would take). The clog required removal of the toilet and replacement of an aging leaky valve, which was all done expertly, with care being taken to keep the area clean and left it absolutely spotless. Brian even waited for me to run and get a replacement toilet instead of putting the old one back. Great price, great attitude, great skills. Extremely experienced, professional, pleasant and by far the best plumbers I’ve seen in a long time. I went call anyone else ever.
