FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email a questionnaire to receive the details, send an official price quote, then we send a contract and upon return an invoice for a retainer. All can be done conveniently online. We can and have been hired lots of times without meeting in person the questionnaire will have all the info we need. However locals can feel free to meet at the studio to view sample photo albums or video chat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mentors, watch online courses, read library books, photographer publications, attended seminars and discuss tips with other photographers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have covered various types of celebrations i.e. birthday, graduation, bar mitzvah, anniversary, retirement, religious, family reunion etc. We also do corporate/business head shots as photo sessions at the studio and on location and weddings. We have performed services for the following local businesses: The Town of Walkill Police Department State Farm Insurance YMCA of Middletown NY Pine Bush High School Harmony Christian School Vassar College Reunion Class of '77 Chapel Field Christian School
