I noticed a leak _outside_ my house, dripping from my roof area down onto my deck. I called them to come take a look. They confirmed there was a clogged drip pan and a leak in the pipe. After repairs, they did not check the system, and during their work they created a new issue. Water started leaking quickly on the inside of my house, from the vent right below where the AC unit is in the attic.
I was told the tech would be back in 30 minutes, it was close to an hour instead, while water was dripping out of my ceiling.
The tech told me there was now a hole in the drip pan. The person on the phone told me that the drip pan wasn't level and that's where the leak came from. Maybe it was both, I have no idea. I explained that this was strange, because if that was true _before_ the repair I'd see leaking in the house. There was no leak in the house, they did their first repair, and immediately there was water in the house.
The person on the phone said its possible that the technician accidentally moved the pan or put it back incorrectly, causing the leak.
So now I have water damage in my ceiling, from them trying to repair one leak, and causing a worse leak.
They did eventually fix it.
All they had to do was test the system after they repaired it and it would've been immediately obvious there was a problem.

These guys were very knowledgeable and honest about the work that had to be done to completely replace our HVAC unit. He was compassionate and respectful about our situation. The crew was very efficient and clean, and we were extremely impressed by the one-day installation! We are very satisfied with the HVAC unit that has been installed for the past couple of months that we've had it!

They’re very professional. I had a new AC and heating unit installed. After they finished their work I asked for another vent and their response was quick. I’m happy with their job. I’d recommend them to everyone.
