Rich is fantastic. Responded promptly, showed up exactly at the time we agreed to and did the work (installing a Ring doorbell) well and efficiently. Excellent job! Showed up on time to work on both a ring doorbell and flood light installation.
Rich is a perfectionist! Rather than simply installing and walking away from the job, he stayed to redo one of the screws because he didn’t like the way it looked. I know my wife appreciates that!
He even called on his drive home to make sure to make sure the motion censor on the flood light was working correctly once it got dark.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates by phone or video call. On-site estimates are one hour of labor, paid in advance and credited toward your project if you hire us. Home technology work (cameras, alarms, audio/video, smart home, TV mounting) is $150/hr. Computer repair and IT support are $125/hr remote with no minimum, or $175/hr on-site with a 2-hour minimum. On-site service visits have a 2-hour minimum, and we never charge trip fees. Every quote is detailed up front, with no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer understanding the customer needs and expectations are paramount. We start by fact finding and learning the project requirements. After the facts are obtained we work with the customer to develop a solution that meets expectations. We then estimate project cost and timeframe. After all of these steps are satisfactory we begin implementation. We provide a quality implementation and our projects are only complete once our customer is satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over 50 years in combined experience in the trades and service categories that we work in. We have professional training from trade schools, military, and OJT training programs.
