when your computer system goes down, that means loss of business and time. I called on Scotchtown Technology to visit

Richard said he and his employee were discussing the issues and know exactly the problem. He was correct. Rich was fantastic! He came on zero notice and was happy to do the work I needed. I had 4 Ecobee thermostats installed. My house has 4 different zones, and only one controlled both heating and A/C. My house is over 50 years old. Thus, the wiring is not the most up-to-date. The tech was working hard to get the thermostats working. The owner of the company came to my house. The work they put in did get the thermostats installed, and fully functioning was incredible. They were on the phone with Ecobee getting answers. I could go on but give them a try. I would 100% use them again.

I had a couple of Jobs done by them. First was replacing a thermostat with a nest thermostat. Then charging a lighting fixture to a power outlet and lastly mounting a TV. Everything came out excellent and would definitely recommend for this type of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer understanding the customer needs and expectations are paramount. We start by fact finding and learning the project requirements. After the facts are obtained we work with the customer to develop a solution that meets expectations. We then estimate project cost and timeframe. After all of these steps are satisfactory we begin implementation. We provide a quality implementation and our projects are only complete once our customer is satisfied.

Our technicians have over 50 years in combined experience in the trades and service categories that we work in. We have professional training from trade schools, military, and OJT training programs.
