- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honest pricing. Exceptional value. We don't just work for our customers... we work for their referrals. Our pricing is straightforward and value-driven because we aren't just looking for a project—we’re looking to build a relationship. By finding smart ways to save you money while delivering excellent results, we aim to be the only contractor you’ll ever want to recommend to a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the project is urgent, like a leaking faucet or a blocked drain, we spring into action. However, with less urgent projects, we like to visit the customer's home, meet with them, listen to their concerns and offer suggestions as to where we can add value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years combined experience in home improvement and property management.
