Dan Palmieri was both extremely professional and thorough. He was able to accommodate us and do the home inspection same day which was really important for us being able to finalize our offer. He found risks and issues with the house which were really important given that it was a 1950s house making sure we knew what was important to be tackled immediately to make the home safe for us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Inspection costs are based primarily on the size, age, and complexity of the property. Every home inspection includes: * Full Home Inspection * Thermal Imaging Scan * Visual Mold Inspection * Visual Termite/Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection * Same-Day Digital Report Unlike many companies that charge extra for these services, we include them as part of our standard inspection package whenever possible. We also offer optional ancillary services such as sewer scoping, air quality testing, well water testing, pool inspections, and sprinkler inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule the Inspection – We gather basic information about the property and answer any questions. 2. Confirm Appointment – The inspection agreement and payment instructions are sent electronically. 3. On-Site Inspection – We perform a comprehensive evaluation of the home’s major systems and components. 4. Client Walkthrough – We review significant findings and answer questions before leaving the property. 5. Same-Day Report Delivery – A detailed digital report with photos is delivered the same day. 6. Post-Inspection Support – Clients are encouraged to call us anytime after the inspection with questions about the report or the home.
