I initially had a different inspector scheduled for the day but they texted me and canceled that morning. I started calling to see if I could find anyone and STS came through. Dan arranged to have Vinny there at the time I requested that same day.Vinny arrived on time, clean and professional. He was very nice. Immediately, he got to work on the outside while we waited for the realtor to unlock the door. He took his time, paused to explain certain details as we went around the property. I actually learned several things from him to look out for around the area.The report was delivered in a timely fashion and in PDF format. The photos were clear and wording was precise. I was able to make a clear decision with his information. I will absolutely use them in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them for your inspection.

Dan Palmieri was both extremely professional and thorough. He was able to accommodate us and do the homeinspection same day which was really important for us being able to finalize our offer. He found risks and issues with the house which were really important given that it was a 1950s house making sure we knew what was important to be tackled immediately to make the home safe for us.

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Inspection costs are based primarily on the size, age, and complexity of the property. Every home inspection includes:

* Visual Termite/Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection
* Same-Day Digital Report
Unlike many companies that charge extra for these services, we include them as part of our standard inspection package whenever possible. We also offer optional ancillary services such as sewer scoping, air quality testing, well water testing, pool inspections, and sprinkler inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule the Inspection – We gather basic information about the property and answer any questions.
2. Confirm Appointment – The inspection agreement and payment instructions are sent electronically.
