The customer should know that my prices are fair for the services and quality that I provide. I believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to pricing. I don't believe in hidden fees or unexpected charges, and I always provide a clear and detailed quote so that customers know exactly what they're getting and what they're paying for. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves several key steps. First and foremost, I make sure to understand the problem that they're facing, whether it's a repair, maintenance task, or renovation project. Once I have a clear understanding of their needs, I'll propose possible solutions and provide my recommendations based on my expertise and experience. From there, I'll work with the customer to determine a fair and transparent pricing structure that aligns with their budget and expectations. Once we've agreed on a plan and price, I'll get to work fixing the problem and ensuring that the project is completed to their satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, I prioritize open communication, punctuality, and quality workmanship to ensure that my customers are satisfied with the results. I'm committed to providing excellent service and exceeding my customers' expectations every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the construction industry for 9 years, and during that time I've gained a wide range of experience that relates directly to my work as a handyman. While I don't have formal education or training in the traditional sense, I've learned a great deal from my on-the-job experience and have honed my skills through years of practice and dedication. Over the years, I've worked on a variety of projects, including repairs, maintenance tasks, and renovations both big and small. I've gained expertise in a range of areas, from carpentry, painting, and plumbing to electrical work. I'm constantly seeking out new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, and I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry best practices. At the end of the day, what matters most to me is providing high-quality service and ensuring that my customers are satisfied with the results. Whether it's a small repair or a major renovation, I bring years of experience and a commitment to excellence to every project I undertake.
