Introduction: ELR products are built to deliver top of the line performance at a low cost. The products are designed to not need upgrading for at least 5 years, but are fully upgradeable in the event the client decides to. We back our products and offer optional protection agreements that can be renewed for a maximum of 10 years. As the owner, I enjoy the challanges of building computers for people. I also like the challenge of installing networks for clients, whether its for a business or individual. When I see people happy with a product, I am happy knowing they are enjoying the work I did.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constanly researching new technology. I also have taken an associates degree course for IT. I am an OEM system builder for Microsoft, and try to attend webinars where possible. I am a Lenovo partner and sell Lenovo mobile products. I am also a Western Digital partner and constantly attend their webinars also.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy building computers and installing networks. I sit here for hours with manufacturers on the phone getting specific details on products going into my clients' computer or network. I want to ensure my client is getting more than what they are paying for.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Network installation and CATV repair have been recently performed in a residential setting. Network CCTV systems have been installed at businesses recently.
