We do all phases of demo, including residential buildings and some industrial. Will do all site cleanup and prep for building and finishing.
Also doing light property maintenance and general yard cleaning. Mowing, shoveling, driveway sealing, cleaning brush, ect..
Will pickup scrap iron for free including cars, trucks, industrial machines, loose scrap, unless otherwise discussed, will pay for some items. Will pickup garbage and refuse for a reasonable fee. Own a duplex house. Renters abandon apartment and left everything behind,tvs,furniture,cookware,clothes,garbage,

We had material left over from a siding job and after another contractor failed to show up to remove the product Mr Hendricks had a crew on site within 24 hours to remove and clean up. Very impressed with the communication, timeliness and reasonable price
