Even though my washing machine couldn't be repaired, I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha Appliance in the future. Melo was always quick to respond and very professional, and he tried very hard to repair an appliance that just couldn't be saved.

Colon was thorough. He traced the problem to the source instead of just installing the replacement part and found that there was a fundamental electrical problem. Without that knowledge the problem would have happened again and we would likely end up purchasing a new machine, to the same end.
