I dont write a lot of reviews, but when somebody does a great job, I believe in giving them their flowers.We had been trying to get our deck taken care of for a while. I originally went the TaskRabbit route and that turned out to be a major mistake. Some unlicensed guy showing up with a bag full of tools to repair a deck that my family is going to be standing on is not the move. It was an awful experience and because the safety of my family was front and center, i basically lost two summers of really being able to enjoy it. I found TruBlue of Lower Hudson Valley, and the difference was night and day.From the start Ryan and Amare brought a level of oversight, expertise, attention to detail and professionalism that immediately made me feel like I made the right decision. These guys knew what they were doing. They werent just trying to patch something up and get out of there. They took the time to make sure the job was done RIGHT. They replaced my entire deck. Its freaking beautiful.And I pay attention to details. One of the things that impressed me most was that after the deck was completed, i noticed a minor repair that needed to be addressed. There was no disappearing act, no excuses and no back and forth. They were right there and took care of it. As a business owner myself that says a lot to me about a company and the people running it.I absolutely love my deck. It has honestly transformed my home. We can finally use this space the way it was meant to be used. Weve already had family and friends over and everybody raved about it. Now we can host parties, cookouts, have the kids outside and actually enjoy this beautiful space without me worrying about whether the deck is safe.Looking at where this deck started and where it is now is incredible.If youre in the Lower Hudson Valley and you need this type of work done, dont go anywhere else.
