Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I love being able to help people purchase the home of their dreams and not a lemon. The approach I take is simple - treat my clients with the respect they deserve and inspect their home as if it were going to be for me and my family.

They were quick to replay to any questions I had before I hired them, with very detailed answers. We worked with Tom on our home recently. He did a very thorough job, we received a 112 page report the same day. He had a lot of good tips for fixing any minor issues that he saw. Very personal guy. We were happy with the service.
Home Inspection

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is pretty standard ranging from $350-450 for an average sized house. Larger homes over 3000 sf add $50 per each additional 500 sf.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial phone consultation and answer any questions they have regarding the home inspection process. Meet with the client at the house, do our inspection and thoroughly review all defects with them before we leave. Deliver a very detailed 80+ page report to them within a few hours of leaving the property.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to being certified & licensed in all standard areas of home inspection, we have completed over 250 hours of continuing education in 20+ advanced courses including IAC2 certification for Mold & Radon. We also own and operate 5 NYS licensed home inspection schools - "Educating the next generation of Home Inspectors"
