FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, fair, and upfront pricing. While standard drain cleanouts often have a flat rate, more complex projects—like a collapsed sewer main or septic system replacement—require a proper diagnostic check. We don't guess; we use our high-tech sewer cameras to find the exact issue so we can give you a 100% accurate quote before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises. Plus, we are currently offering special discounts for new customers—just ask us about them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a quick phone call or message to understand your issue. If it’s an active backup or emergency, we prioritize getting a technician to your property fast. Once on-site, we diagnose the problem (often using our sewer cameras so you can see exactly what's going on for yourself). We walk you through the solutions, give you a fair price, and with your approval, get straight to work. We always treat your home like it’s our own and clean up thoroughly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on, specialized field experience dealing with the toughest drainage and septic issues. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, which means we strictly follow all local New York plumbing codes and environmental standards. We are heavily trained in advanced diagnostics, water jetting technology, heavy excavation, and septic system designs.
