I was extremely happy with the results of my bathroom. I provided pictures of the finished result. They did the floor and the custom made shower. I added a old picture of what my bathroom used to look like. Now when I go into my bathroom I feel like I am at a spa.
Here are the things I really loved about William and his workers…
They were extremely professional.
They communicated everything and gave advice on what they think might be a better choice.
They were on time and work throughout the day.
They didn’t do anything extra without talking to us first
They were nice they cleaned up after themselves and was very organized.
My husband and I were very happy that we chose them out of the people listed. There were two other people on this list that we spoke to first and had a very bad experience with them just off of conversation alone. So I would really advise anybody that’s reading this. If you have other options, this one is your best choice. They always say go with your gut feeling and listen to your spirit and I did that and I’m glad that I did.
I would definitely use them again if I need work in the future or on my investment property.

What I thought was a small bathroom leak became an emergency bathroom renovation. My whole subfloor had rotted out unbeknownst to me. Wil and the whole BonaFide crew came to the rescue. The whole project was seamless from beginning to end. The work was quality and to my exact specifications and the crew cleaned up daily before leaving for the day. Work was completed on target date and I am in love with my new bathroom. I’ve worked with many contractors in the past and this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had: flexible, professional, neat, courteous and fair pricing. Kudos!

Review: Bona-Fide Construction

We needed to have 4 bathrooms remodeled in our home, they were old and outdated and we wanted something fresh, new, and modern. I contacted several home renovation and bathroom remodeling companies. We really struggled to find one we liked and that we felt comfortable and confident with.
I contacted William and Caesar from Bona-Fide Construction, we agreed on a day and time for them to come out to look at the project. They were on time and listened closely to our plans, gave suggestions, and input and really helped to plan out the design. A quote was sent a few days later and we decided to go with them. They started the project within two weeks. The crew was terrific, they were on time every day, worked 6 days a week to get the job done on time and on budget. Everything that William promised he delivered!
With a project this large you obviously will have some issues once they get into the walls and see old plumbing and electrical. For everything that came up William showed us exactly what was the issue, and he gave solutions of how they could fix it. William was very budget conscious and worked very hard to give us exactly what we wanted and still stay within budget.
Throughout the entire 4 weeks they were very respectful of our home, and they worked clean and efficiently. On the last two days they sent a cleaning crew in and even cleaned the entire house from top to bottom.
The final walk through was fantastic, the bathrooms turned out better than we had hoped, adding real value to our home.
We would highly recommend Bona-Fide Construction for anyone who is looking for home renovations – these guys are great!

I can not say enough good things about Bona-Fide, William, Cesar, and their additional staff. The level of professionalism was so reassuring. This is the first time we've ever had to hire a professional for home renovation/repairs, and I was nervous about choosing a team that would take us seriously. They went above and beyond. From helping us choose affordable but trendy options to explaining everything along the way (we are 1st time homeowners) the entire time we felt we were in great hands. The quality was incredible, and I will attach photos for proof (paint still drying, so don't go by the glare, lol). They cleaned up, helped us move our things out of the way, and were so quick. They even helped to sort out the light switch issues when their electrician came (its a very old house). I've already recommended them to friends at work. We fully plan to hire them for future work on our beloved home.
