- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable with our price, our discount is guaranteed with no questions asked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your job request, we will reach out to you within minutes to let you know that we have received your request. We will then discuss what type of service you need done and find out more about the job so we can provide you with recommendations on how to get even better results for your needs. Once we confirm the job, we will block the date for you to ensure that you have our utmost attention and a confirmation message will be sent out at least a day before the scheduled date to let you know we are coming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified and we send them out along with our experienced top technicians on the field for additional hands on experience. We make sure they get the best training to serve our customers.
