The service and quality from Galleta’s Cleaning Services was absolutely amazing. I contacted the company on a short notice and within 20 minutes, I was scheduled for a cleaning for the next day. Pete was extremely professional, courteous and detailed about what I could expect pending the state of my carpet. I had natural wear and tear but was extremely pleased with the results from the cleaning. He was quick yet precise and left no spot untreated. I will definitely use again.

Overall, an excellent job. We just bought a house and it had very old carpets with multiple stains. He was very thorough and made the carpets get a significant facelift. Definitely bought us some time before we have to replace!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To first hear about their requests for what work they would like done. Then inspect the carpet, tile, wood or laminate floor and/or upholstery and explain to the client what services I can provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified by the IICRC - Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We cleaned an 8000+ square foot home in one day working nonstop - all of the carpet, tile and grout, upholstered furniture and cleaned the hardwood floors then applied a new clear finish to protect the hardwood and make them shine!
We also recently cleaned over 10,000 square feet of carpet at a library which took 1 1/2 days to complete - besides general soiling there were food and drink spills, ink spots, rust spots, gum to be removed and red stains requiring our expertise to remove.
