- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with a customer via text or call about the issues they are experiencing. Then proceeding to the location to troubleshoot the issues and getting approval to make the repairs and discussing the costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Completed 3 Year training course and certified by NEW YORK Dept. of Labor as a qualified Journeyperson. 2. U.S. EPA certified UNIVERSAL technician. 3. 17 years of experience.
