We have fixed what other companies tell customers cannot be fixed, are unable to fix, or needs to be replaced. We have numerous reviews supporting this statement.
Certifications include, but are not limited to; U.S. EPA Section 608 Technician, New York State Department of Labor–qualified Journey person and FDNY Certificate of Fitness in Refrigeration Engineering.
Pricing Terms and Conditions:
1. Service calls to troubleshoot is $150. If repairs are approved, this cost will be credited towards final bill.
2. Work performed will be on a time and materials standard at a labor rate of $150 an hour unless a flat rate agreement is made in writing. Time is calculated from time of arrival to job location to time of when payment in full for completion of job is received.
3. This site applies a charge to each job and that cost will be added to the final bill.
4. Applicable taxes will also be added.
5. Payment in full is due immediately after completion of work unless other agreements are made in writing.
6. $100 will be applied for each day late a bill has a remaining balance due.
7. You agree to pay for all costs if I have to take action to recover unpaid monies for work performed.
8. Work performed on holidays, weekends, and after 7pm is subject to a hourly rate increase $100.
9. Additional costs will be discussed with customers prior to booking if the job is far from 10950.
