We have fixed what other companies tell customers cannot be fixed, are unable to fix, or needs to be replaced. We have numerous reviews supporting this statement.
Certifications include, but are not limited to; U.S. EPA Section 608 Technician, New York State Department of Labor–qualified Journey person and FDNY Certificate of Fitness in Refrigeration Engineering.
Pricing Terms and Conditions:
1. Service calls to troubleshoot is $150.
2. Once issue is discovered, I will advise the customer of cost to make the repair and request approval to proceed with the work.
3. Charge applied by site will also be added to invoice.
4. Applicable taxes will also be added.
5. Payment in full is due the same day as work is completed unless other agreements are made in writing.
6.$100 will be applied for each day payment on invoice is late.
7. You agree to pay for costs to recover unpaid monies if I have to file a claim.
8. Work performed on Nights after 7pm, weekends and holidays is subject to a rate increase of $100.
9. If you choose me from the list of Pros and do not hire me for the job, you are still obligated to pay for the charge applied by site. This fee is due on the day the job is created. Failure to pay on that day will result in application of a $100 payment penalty for EACH day until payment is received. I just had a company offer me $45 to come look at a commercial location for a cell store and was charged $68. I do not work to loose money and the property management company doesn’t see to care.
10. As of 11/14/2025 I refuse to work for property management companies. Do not hire me or select me. Do not hire me for commercial properties. If you click on me, the fee is $100,000 USD due on the day the job is created.
