- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My work process begins with a conversation to understand the client's needs and schedule a property inspection. After assessing the condition of the roof, siding, or gutters, I prepare a detailed quote and explain the material options and the scope of work. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule a start date and carry out the project with a focus on quality and safety; upon completion, we conduct a final inspection with the client to ensure everything meets their expectations and that they are completely satisfied.
