We had water damage resulting from a washing machine overflow. There was damage to the carpeting in the adjacent bedroom(new carpeting we selected was installed)..there was damage to the hardwood flooring ( which was sanded, stained and sealed)...and there was damage to the hallway carpeting (which was sent to an outside rug cleaning company). ServiceMaster sent separate "specialty" crews to repair all three "jobs". The work was done on time and to our 100% total satisfaction. ServiceMaster worked directly with our insurance company which saved us lots of time.

This organization was top notch from the beginning to the end of our issue. We had a basement flood and they came in, cleaned up the initial mess, planned out the rehabilitation and finished the job, leaving a really nice new space. They also kept us in the loop every step of the way.

At ServiceMaster by Quick Response we use the industry standard estimating software which is called Xactimate. This estimating software is used by all insurance adjusters and companies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification other wise known as the IICRC is the industry standard and the highest level of training our Technicians can get. Every single Technician that walks through your door will be certified by the IICRC and also will hold a New York State Mold license.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most common jobs ServiceMaster handles are water damage mitigation, fire/smoke mitigation, and mold remediation. My main goal is to have a Quick Response, limit any secondary damage, and restore peace of mind to my customers as quickly and as easily as possible.
