- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 per 1 hour session. If you buy a package of 10 sessions, you get 1 session free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with new clients I first review a clients exercise history in addition to a clients health history. I want to be aware of any injuries or other conditions that could potentially impact someones exercise routine. I also want the client to express to me what their individual goals are so we can come up with ways to meet those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My personal training educational background is 300 hours intensive course at the American Academy or Personal Training in New York NY. This course combined in class learning with on the floor training.
