Tom showed up on time. Tom had all of the tools needed to complete the project the first time he showed up. Tom had the materials in stock on his truck as well. Tom was pleasant to deal with, answered all of my questions, and listened to my stories. His price was fair, and I would definitely recommend using him again, as I will keep his number and use him in the future.

I had a problem with losing water pressure on my well water. I got a message almost immediately from Tom when I posted my problem on Thumtack. He felt he had a good idea of what the problem was and we set up an appointment for later that day. He came and verified the problem. He gave me an estimate within 1 day after pricing the parts he needed to order and completed the job on time when we had scheduled it. He was pleasant and professional. He responded immediately to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend him.I would definitely use him again.
