Had been trying to find someone to help get grout and tiles done. Not many people around me do the work, and I was quite wary as well since it wasn't done too properly last time around.
Rafael's done a great job for me, even when I couldn't provide a lot of proper information, since I basically knew nothing about the job that had to be done; he was still able to finish the job with quality and in a manner.
Great work with the unexpected hardships in nooks and crannies;
Wonderful sense of communication amongst ourselves and my tenant;
and great taste with recommendations when I'm stuck with indecisiveness.
Great guy to work with!

Ralfi was quick to respond, and quick to get the job done. He did a really nice job cutting the grass (and weeds and some little saplings that started growing...) in an overgrown lawn.
