- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the level of care and detail I put into my work. The experience of the individual is my utmost priority, which is based in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a few messages, set up a phone call, chat to get some information about the property, then provide a quote. After that a walkthrough is scheduled, and usually I begin cleaning right afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of hospitality experience, which carries over into the way I host and reset properties and set staging for the incoming guests. I was also a counselor for about four years, which taught me a lot about boundaries, understanding, and confidentiality, all which carry over into the field of turnover/ cleaning business.
