Having had Kurt work on my computers for years while I lived in NY was such a wonderful experience. Recently having moved to SC I found myself in need of immediate help with my laptop and knew of no one to contact. So I called Kurt and imagine how pleased I was when he told me he could access my laptop from his home and sure enough he did and all is well !! He is such a professional and working with him puts my mind at ease. He has never steered me wrong and is always quick to respond to my calls. I am extremely pleased that I do not have to find someone new to handle my computer needs. If truth be told, I trust him to the extent that I would have sent him my laptop if necessary. I highly recommend his services.
