Person isn’t “Elizabeth” as in the Venmo for payment she used completely different first and middle names. Are you sure you know who is working for you? Secondly, was scheduled for 2:30pm. We CONFIRMED the day prior for 2:30p. At this time today she texted to say “I am late. I will be there at 3:00p. 3:00 turned into 3:20p or later. I had called but there was no answer bc possibly she was still at the previous house? Never did the half bathroom…..at all Was about to leave when I checked the oven at it was still full of splatters as it was never touched. She had to bring the supplies back in from the car to do so Our two upstairs bathrooms are questionable as one bathroom no matter how gently you run the shower/rub, you hear the water LOUD downstairs where we were waiting for them to finish working. Never heard either shower “on” had to run fingers over surfaces bc questionable if done. Never mopped under a vanity —-> still dusty/grimy. Basically, we conclude that all they did for two hours was move things around, vacuum, and lightly feather dusted For a $140 charged job I over tipped them 20% or maybe slightly higher 22% Won’t have any Thumbtack back here or even try another company through Thumbtack as I ALREADY DID bc prior to picking Elizabeth, I chose Rosa but she fell through on me to be able to look at the job one evening and I waited for her for nothing wasting my evening. Once again: do you KNOW WHO you have working for you? It does not appear as such. See attached uncleaned - unprofessional pics
