We have worked with Chris at C&C a few times. After moving into our new house, there was water flooding our laundry room ceiling. We were panicked, new to the area and started frantically calling plumbers expecting the worst. Chris was calming, talked my husband through shutting the water off until he arrived. He quickly investigated the issue and determined it was a fairly simple fix and resealed the toilet for us. We were so grateful for his quick thinking in having us turn off the water, which to some may be an easy answer but at the moment we were panicked. Had it not been for him we would have ended up needing to replace much more than a small patch of Sheetrock. Since that issue about 2 years ago, we have used him for random small jobs like switching out faucets, shower body and have had him provide feedback on adding a water softener to our house. That’s next on our list and we will definitely be calling C & C when we are ready!
