Chef Laura and her team were absolutely amazing! They catered my 19 person baby shower and everything was beyond perfect! The food was soo good and all my guests were raving! The crepe station, the Korean fried chicken appetizer and the chicken and waffles were all a HUGE hit! I will definitely be using Laura again in the future! The entire process was seamless from start to finish (they even unloaded my dishwasher for me) and they left my kitchen spotless. They made my baby shower stress free which is exactly what I needed! I would 100% recommend chef Laura for your next event!

We just used Sunflower catering for a family reunion - lunch and dinner - and brunch the next morning. All of the food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional and Chef Laura was very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were right on time and left the kitchen very clean. I would definitely use them again.

It was a pleasure working with Chef Laura. We hired her for a small dinner party for my sister's bachlorette celebration. Chef Laura was very responsive, easy to communicate plus her and her team were extremely helpful and friendly. Her food was out of the world delicious and the cost was very reasonable! We were so impressed with the service, we booked Chef Laura for my sister's wedding shower which was over 150ppl. Thank you Chef Laura, Chef Don, Michelle and team for the delicious food and extordinary service. I will definitely use Chef Laura again!

We had Michele and chef Don for our dinner of 16 people. They were both so kind and the food was incredible. Laura was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

We were in the Hamptons for a bachelorette party, and we knew we wanted to hire a private chef and have a chic all white party! When hiring a team, we found Laura and she was very responsive, gave us so many different options for our 5 course meal. Her team was very prompt and communicative the day of the event, and their service was top notch! We were having cocktails in another room, and that’s where they offered to serve our hors d’oeuvres, and then we were seated for our amazing dinner. Each dish was so tasty, and the whole night was perfect! They even washed all of the dishes used, and packaged the leftovers for us!! Would definitely recommend!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are By Your Side every step of your journey as we help you with either the most important day of your life or a simple event. It is so important to meet your clients and discuss and help them create their Event or the day they have been waiting for since they were a little girl.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. I just keep at it until I'm happy with the end results. I'm a perfectionist so I rarely settle for second best.
